Thanks to the remote maintenance software TeamViewer, a connection can be made remotely between your computer and that of a CORONIC member of staff. TeamViewer makes problem-resolution much easier. If you like, we can view the information on your screen, thus enabling us to understand where the problem lies faster. It is a more direct form of communication that prevents misunderstandings.

Remote maintenance in three steps

  1. Download TeamViewer
  2. After the connection to the Support Server, a 9-digit ID and a 4-digit password will appear on your screen. Please provide these codes to our Support Team on the phone.
  3. Then we will be able to see your screen and can gain a better understanding of what the problem is.
